我們是全港少數真正使用自製天然酵母菌製作麵包的麵包店，製成品所具有獨特的質感及酸味亦漸漸被香港的顧客認識及欣賞。本店的主打產品：法國麵包、天然酵母麵包和酸種裸麥麵包連法國人都大讚正宗，我們希望能讓更多人感受到歐陸麵包的吸引力。
中環港鐵站舖： 星期一至五8am-8pm，星期六12nn-7pm ，星期日休息
元創方H105舖營業時間： 星期一至日12nn-7pm
堅道87號舖營業時間： 星期一至五830am-8pm，星期六及日12nn-7pm

We specialise in artisan sourdoughs made only with natural yeast, french breads and pastries.
Levain at Central MTR: Monday to Friday open from 8am-8pm, Saturday open from 12nn-7pm, closed on Sunday
Levain at H105, PMQ : Monday to Sunday open from 12nn-5pm
Levain at Caine Rd. 87: Monday to Friday open from 830am-8pm, Saturday and Sunday open from 12nn-7pm
