Academy Musica (Rooms & Studio) 位於沙田石門馬鐵站旁，提供以下設施：

- 排練室一間，配備7呎Seiler三角琴，亦設有投影設備，可容納15-20人（視乎不同用途）作會議、研討會、合唱及聲樂小組排練或小型音樂會用途；

- 三角琴教學室（配備Yamaha C2三角琴）；及

- 鋼琴練習室（配備直身鋼琴或數碼鋼琴）。

Located next to Shek Mun Station (Ma On Shan Rail), Sha Tin, Academy Music (Rooms & Studio) has the following professional music rooms available for hire:

- Ensemble Room: Equipped with 7-ft Seiler grand piano and projector; suitable for purposes such as chamber music or choral ensemble rehearsals, conferences, seminars or small-scale performances (with seating capacity 15-20 depending on the type of function);

- Teaching Room: Equipped with Yamaha C2 grand piano; and

- Practice Rooms (with upright or digital piano).
