伯樂兒童音樂學院是由著名音樂人伍樂城先生創辨。成立目的是協助兒童在音樂上建立穩健的基礎，同時學習情緒控制，由音樂教育工作者及教育心理學家合力開發的多元智能音樂課程，為兒童建立健康及正確的價值觀。
Baron Junior Music Academy is founded by Ronald Ng Lok Shing, a renowned music producer and composer in Hong Kong. It aims to help young children to build a strong foundation in music which will benefit them when they move on to more advanced learning, and at the same time, to build an emotionally balanced, healthy and positive mind and will benefit them in the future.
