Rosalie is a yoga teacher and wellness journalist based in Hong Kong. She previously worked as a television journalist for CNN, NBC and France 24, and she credits yoga nidra for helping her achieve her dreams.
She is now on a mission to help students live their most extraordinary lives, through the power of yoga, meditation and visualisation.
