Masalas and Olives take you on a sensuous culinary journey into raw plant based cuisine. The private dinning offers 3 services: private dining at the chef’s home, an ‘In House’ private dinning service and a boutique catering service. Diners can book can book all week long with a min of 4 people and a max of 16. The company is in progress to launch a line of raw artisanal tree-nut cheese in the last quarter of 2017.

Burnt out after a high stress fashion career, Kanch decided to take on a new path into wellness and became a health coach consulting in Hong Kong for 5 years. Her studies ignited her curiosity in food and healing. Born to Indian parents she grew up in an aromatic kitchen where her mother’s spice dabba was her pot of gold and every meal she was the alchemist. This bought her to the realization that her creativity was in the kitchen and the table her soul.
