What is NLP?

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a method of influencing brain behaviour (the "neuro" part of the phrase) through the use of language (the "linguistic" part) and other types of communication to enable a person to "recode" the way the brain responds to stimuli and manifest new and better behaviors (the "programming" part) .

Miss Heide Kwok, the founder of Graceful Hands, is a well-known educator in Hong Kong that has been using NLP for parenting training and child development since the establishment of Graceful Hands. Miss Kwok highlights the definition of NLP, "A model of interpersonal communication chiefly concerned with the relationship between successful patterns of behavior and patterns of thought."
