我們相信每人成長都有一個「後山」，城市的後山是孩子玩耍和分享秘密的地方、也是藏寶與尋寶的地方。後山這裡收集了不同的現成物／自然物，讓孩子們在課程中不斷與這些物品作互動和觀察，培養出感知與覺察的能力探索世界，發現自己與自然之間的關係，並累積更多美感經驗與力量。
後山的美學課程就是建基於這個信念，利用我們重現的各種情境，慢慢引導孩子想像出一個後山的自然環境，培育自發學習的熱情和專注能力，享受創作的美好時光。
